BLACK EYED BEANS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup black eyed beans
1 onion sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley
1 lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Boil beans for one and half an hour in a pot or for a quarter an hour in pressure cooker.
Pull beans out of water and put in a deep plate.
Add olive oil, onion, salt, parsley and lemon juice.
Mix well.
That's it. A healthy salad or even a meal!
