TIGANIA (FRIED PORK)

TIGANIA 

INGREDIENTS
1 kilo(2,2 pounds) pork neck without bones meat cut in bites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano or thyme
1/2 wineglass olive oil
1/2 wineglass white wine


DIRECTIONS

  • Pour the olive oil in the frying pan. Set the stove temperature at 2,5/3. Preheat the olive oil. When the olive oil temperature is ready add the pieces of meat in the frying pan. Use a cooking spatula in order to fry all the pieces at all sides. After about 10 minutes of cooking pour the wine in the frying pan, add salt ,pepper  thyme and set the stove temperature at 2/3 and cook for about 5 more minutes. After the cooking remove the frying pan from the stove, cover it with the lid and leave it for 10 minutes to be cold. Afterwards you are ready to serve.
