TZATZIKI

TZATZIKI


INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo (17 oz) strained yogurt
1 cucumbers
150 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 gloves garlic
2 teaspoon wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped dill leaves
1 tablespoon salt





PREPARATION
Peel, seed, dry and dice the cucumber .
Squeeze cucumber to get any water out.
Chop the garlic.  
Put yogurt in a large bowl.
Add in yogurt the olive oil, the garlic, the vinegar, salt and the dill leaves.
Mix well these ingredients. 
Finally we add the cucumbers.
That's it, tzatziki is ready to eat!



The amounts of the ingradients varies from recipe to recipe. You have to find the amounts you like.
